I’m not sure why everyone says this. I know the 8 inch tablet is huge so I understand the need for people to want to carry around a giant device. However, I am not an 8 inch tablet user. I use an all-screen Samsung Android tablet. I’m not that interested in playing games on my tablet, I’m interested in movies, and I’m not really into eBooks. I do use it for some online games though.
I dont think that anyone who writes books will go back to carrying around a huge device. It would be a lot easier to carry around a smaller device, but then, you aren’t going to be able to carry around a huge device. There is a market for that, but not one for that. And that market is probably going to be very small.
