I love the eufy smart lock that is from anker. The way it works is you only need to take out the key that comes with the product, you plug it into the socket, and you instantly have a secure lock with an app that you can use to verify your identity.
I love that we’re getting an app for this. It’s been available for iOS and Android for a while now, but you had to register before getting access to it. It’s also nice to know that in addition to the key you need to put in the socket, there is now an app that allows you to see the lock code on your device. If you want to open the lock yourself, the app will call you through an on-screen menu to unlock the lock.
The app is the one thing that has had a lot of people frustrated with the lock on their devices. It’s so easy to get lost in it that it’s frustrating to have to try a method you’ve only thought about in your head.
the app is one of the reasons that I never have an iPhone. The first time I got it working the way I liked it, my phone was unable to receive phone calls (which is fine) but it couldn’t do anything with the phone itself (which is odd). Since then I’ve tried a couple more times with the app, and I have to say that I still have no idea what it is that I have to do to use it.
eufy security by anker smart lock touch with wifi has become like a religion for me. It is so easy to forget that its a phone app, so I always try to use it as much as possible. The app keeps track of your keys and sends them to a secure locker you can access through a web browser.
You unlock it with your phone, then you have to enter the code which is all that is needed to set up your smart lock with the internet. I think that having an app you can use without opening the phone is a good thing, but it couldnt do anything with the phone itself…
The web interface allows you to set up a smart lock with your phone, but you can only activate it with your phone. If you lose your phone you can only make the call, send someone a message, or even send a message to the person who made the lock (which I think is a great idea). The web interface isn’t very good though, and you can only get the lock if you’ve had your phone active before.
The app is a little outdated, and we’re glad to say that the developers are working on it. The latest update adds some much needed features, like sending and receiving messages via wifi. In the meantime, there is an iPhone version available too.
I can’t wait to try out this. The web interface has some great features, but the app is pretty terrible. I’ve just got my iPhone so I could test it out, but I’m sure there is a better way to lock your phone than a’smart lock’ which doesn’t actually lock the phone. And it will be a little more expensive too.
I don’t think the developers will actually be too keen on the iPhone, but if you already have a mobile phone and want to try out this, they will get in touch with you. It’s a free app too.
