The Canon EF 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 STM lens is a great lens. I’ve used it a lot in my Canon EOS M4/EOS M5 and EOS M7 and just recently I’ve used it in my Nikon D3200 and D4s. I find it’s a very good lens especially at the telephoto end. I would like to have the EF 35mm f2.8 L USM as my standard lens.
The EOS M5 & EOS M7 both have a nice little Canon EF 18-135mm f2.8L and 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 lenses. The EF 35mm f2.8L and 18-135mm f2.8L are great lenses for your DSLR. You can put the 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 on a full frame camera and it’ll be a great lens for the camera.
