Every year, the Lincoln MKZ gets a bad reputation. In 2018, it got a lot worse. The engine failed on the second day of testing, and the car was subsequently withdrawn from production, prompting a lawsuit.
The lawsuit goes on to claim that the Lincoln MKZ is “a dangerous piece of engineering”. The company’s lawyers also claim the car is “unsuitable for the public”. This is ridiculous, as Lincoln has a huge following and the Lincoln MKZ won’t be a danger to anyone. The lawyers also claim that “The MKZ is unsafe to drive because of a defective steering system.
It really is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. In the case of the Lincoln MKZ, the lawsuit is only based on a steering problem, and not a safety system. This is clearly ridiculous. The engineers claim that the steering is so bad that it causes cars to veer off the road, but that in itself is a much heavier burden to place on the company to prove.
This is absurd. I could not believe how ridiculous this lawsuit was. The lawyers claimed that the Lincoln MKZ was unsafe because it was unsafe to drive because it had defective steering, but the Lincoln MKZ is perfectly safe to drive. It has a steering wheel that adjusts to the driver and the steering system is so good that there is no danger of the steering system breaking while driving.
The problem here is that the car is so unsafe that the law cannot even be applied to it. The company claims that the car has “defects” in the steering wheel, but the car is exactly the same as the company’s own MKZ. It is a company vehicle and therefore cannot be patented.
The car has been banned from the race track, but according to Ford, it can be driven in the streets at normal speeds. They say that the steering wheel is a defective part.
This is the same company that caused a similar problem with the Lincoln MKZ, in which the steering mechanism broke and caused the vehicle to go off course. The Lincoln MKZ had the same problem, and Ford has now fixed the problem.
I hope that the Lincoln MKZ will be fine, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just as hard to drive as the MKZ is. Either way, Ford has announced that the Lincoln MKZ will not be running in street races.
