To be a true Toyota fan, you either need to have a car that you love and have been using for a while, or you need to own a specific Toyota model. So if you’re not one of those guys then you’re in the wrong category. We have a lot of fun with this.
We were extremely pleased with the response to our recent service problems, and the team at Toyota was extremely helpful as well. Not only did they resolve the issue, they were very generous in offering to swap parts and give us a new car if we needed one. We were very pleased, and we’re hoping to continue making the connection with Toyota from here on out.
